Small Groups: Workout Group

This group met every Sunday and went hard at our workouts. Each week was a different style of workout most of which didn’t require any special equipment. The goal was to show the group how to move and exercise with what you have but also how much work can get done with just a few inexpensive pieces of equipment. This group was very consistent and everyone came out each day ready to step out of their comfort zone and give it their best.
